The first lockout period applies on a fantasy game on the designated day (Start Lockout Day and Time), that is after the start of the game.

Example:

A fantasy game has a start date of Saturday, Oct 5 2020 (12.00am) and has lockout period set between Saturday (12pm) to Wednesday (8pm).
The first lockout on this game would apply on Saturday, Oct 5 2020 at 12pm, as the lockout period is set for Saturday (i.e. Oct 5 is a Saturday) and 12pm which is after the 'Start Time' of the game.

Example:

A fantasy game has a start date of Saturday, Oct 5 2020 (12.00am) and has lockout period set between Friday (12.00pm) to Wednesday (8.00pm).
The first lockout on this game would apply on Friday, Oct 11 2020 at 12.00pm, as the lockout period is set for Friday (and Oct 11 is the first Friday after the 'Start Time' of the game (i.e. Saturday, Oct 5 2019 at 12.00am).
