Refund for Users

  • As MyClubtap does not charge any fees from any users to play any (or all) of the fantasy games available on myclubtap.com, no refund is issued for Users.


Refund for Clubs or League (Game Owners)

  • Once a game has been activated, no refunds are required to be provided.
  • With all club or league game admins having access to the complete MyClubtap Fantasy Platform and MyClubtap Admin Portal, every opportunity to decide on making the payments for premium add-ons have been provided from the onset.
  • Should the club or league not want to proceed with having it's fantasy game on myclubtap.com, they have all rights not to activate the game.
  • We thank all the Clubs and Leagues game owners for their support and understanding.
  • Should there be a major issue with the access to the club or league fantasy game, all endeavors would be made by us to restore the access. Any refunds will and can be issued based on conditions listed in our Refund Policy here.


Any issues found with the access or usage of the platform must immediately be raised with us by raising a ticket, emailing help@myclubtap.com or calling Vicky on +61 425 882 907. Your request would be responded within 24-48 hours.
