No.

At the time of 'Sign up as a Club or League', if you entered your details as the Game Admin then that also means you have registered yourself as an End User.

You can login and use that same account to play your club or league fantasy game.

Simply Login on your sports fantasy platform on MyClubtap, set add your favorite club/league game to your favorites list, set one of those games as your default game and you are good to play that game on MyClubtap.
