You can setup and receive email notifications for the following:

  • Notice 24 hours before the start of game lockout.
  • Notice at the start of the trading window of your game.


You can setup your notifications as follows:

  • Login on myclubtap.com;
  • Click on your profile photo (top-right corner);
  • Click on 'My Profile';

 

  • Under 'Notifications', 'tick' the notification options (as required);

  • Click 'Update' to save and finish.


You receive email notifications as follows:

  • Notice 24 hours before the start of game lockout:
    • Action: 24-hours before the start of a lockout period of all fantasy games you are participating in.
  • Notice at the start of the trading window of your game:
    • Action: At the time a trading window opens for one (or all) fantasy games you are participating in.


Key points to remember:

  • To stop receiving email notifications, please 'untick' and 'Update' the notification options as set above;
  • Email notifications are sent separately for every fantasy game(s) you are participating in;
  • You can choose to set/remove the email notification alerts at any time.


Push Notification:

  • Users automatically receive 'Push Notifications';
  • They can be accessed by clicking on the 'Bell Icon' on the Menu Bar;

  • Push Notifications are sent for the following:
    • Notice 24 hours before the start of game lockout.
    • Notice at the start of the trading window of your game.
  • Push notifications cannot be set to OFF.
